MENTAL ILLNESS IN AMERICA:
HOW DO WE ADDRESS A GROWING PROBLEM?

Saturday, November 11, 2017
9:00am-1:00pm
UGA School of Social Work
Ground Floor Lobby

This is a forum designed to offer members of the UGA and Athens-Clarke County Communities an opportunity to
discuss, deliberate, and make choices with others about ways to approach the growing problem of
mental illness in America. As a community conversation, we seek participants with diverse views and
different life experiences in hopes of ascertaining a shared understanding of the problem and to search
for a solution that can be appreciated by all. Refreshments will be provided.

If you would like to attend, please contact Dr. Brian Williams at bnwillia@uga.edu or 706-542-7816. There are only 20 spots left for UGA students.
